HR consultancy Be-exec.tech (part of Benchmark Executive), direct search and headhunting company with specialization in C-level and Senior IT roles for technology markets, companies in growth and change, is looking for a strong Executive Search Consultant with specialization in international searches (countries of MENA; Serbia; Cyprus). Requirements

4 main task blocks:  

1. Clients Interaction with the client: control over the deadlines and quality of search projects;  Building long-term relationships with current clients and attracting new ones;  Negotiating contracts and working conditions and presenting its own expertise;  2. Implementation of executive search projects (delivery)   Managing direct search projects: search for candidates, conduct interviews and assess candidate's competencies;  Joint work with an analyst, setting of tasks and search strategies;  Expanding network within specific niche and understanding of business and trends within Technology; Responsibility for profitability of projects and regular (monthly) placements;  Tracking project progress, time and resource costs;  Using and maintaining an ATS (Application Tracking System) to search for candidates and enter information on them (competency assessment);  3. Marketing (promotion and external expertise)   Be a voice of community;  Participation in external events to enhance expertise;  Participation in Be-exec.tech internal projects;  4. New products (development, ideas)   Generating market Mapping and providing feedback to the client;  Participation in the formation of a comprehensive product for clients, onboarding for the candidates.  Your profile:   A team player;  Natural curiosity and interest in research;  Strong communication and interpersonal skills: account management for clients in order to build long-term relationships and find the ideal search solution;  Be flexible, organised and motivated;  Be an educated and interesting interlocutor: we work in a wide range of fields, from media to technology companies in Big data and artificial intelligence;  A confident command of English.  Previous experience:   Experience of working in executive search agencies in a senior consultancy or HR/Talent Acquisition position on the client side. Experience of closing key, top roles in IT, Digital, Ecommerce, Technology;  We also consider successful experience in sales of digital products, advertising.  Benefits Official registration  Fixed salary is supplemented by a performance-related bonus based on project closures;  Regular internal and external supplementary education: trainings and workshops aimed at strengthening hard/soft skills.
